Dr. Pi’s Learning Lab may collect personal information such as:
student and parent/guardian names
email addresses and phone numbers
booking and session details
information submitted through forms, emails, scheduling tools, or file uploads

Personal information is used only for purposes related to providing tutoring and educational services, including:
scheduling sessions
communicating with students and parents/guardians

Dr. Pi’s Learning Lab uses trusted third-party services to operate the business and provide tutoring services. These may include scheduling tools such as Calendly, video conferencing tools such as Zoom, payment processors such as Stripe, and Google services such as Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
Personal information may be processed by these services only as needed for purposes such as booking sessions, sending communications, hosting online tutoring sessions, collecting uploaded materials, processing payments, and maintaining business records. These service providers have their own privacy and security practices.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Dr. Pi’s Learning Lab does not store full credit card numbers. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to its own privacy and security practices.
Students or parents/guardians may choose to share homework, assignments, course materials, or other academic documents. These materials may be submitted by email, Google Forms, Google Drive upload links, or other approved methods. They are used only to support tutoring services and are not shared except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Personal information is not sold. Personal information may be shared only when necessary to operate the business, provide tutoring services, process payments, manage bookings, communicate with students or parents/guardians, store submitted materials, maintain records, or comply with legal requirements.
This may include the use of third-party service providers such as scheduling platforms, payment processors, video conferencing services, email services, cloud storage providers, website services, and accounting or recordkeeping tools.
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for tutoring, communication, business records, legal, accounting, or tax purposes. When no longer needed, information will be deleted or securely disposed of where practical.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal information, including password-protected accounts and trusted third-party services. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
